Hi last week i think a booked a 6 berth caravan at golden sands it is from the 19th for five nights i said a would pay by bpostal cheque. i just need to confirm htat i did book it cause i have had no confirmation. thankyou
Hi yes you booked and I never heard from you again. My caravan is on Golden Gate park not Golden Sands!!
I wailted 5 days before put it back on offer and it has now been booked and paid for by someone else.
I cannot keep bookings for more than a few days without payment or any contact from you

I understand your reservations you should always be careful to check out who you are booking with.
You can contact Golden Gate Caravan Park and check that caravan 55 is owned by Jackie Wiles
and that they do hand over the keys for my bookings Tel no:01745 833048
My caravan is cleaned properly before every booking and all gas and electric safety checks are carried out by the site for me.
The caravan has 2 smoke alarms, fire blanket and fire extingusher to meet all current health and safety regulations.
Hello, was wondering is there any other way to book the caravans other then over the internet?, something like cash?

Hi Danny,
Sorry but for bookings that are just a few days away I have to insist on credit card payment to ensure that the money gets to my bank account before you arrive.
All other bookings you can pay via cheque or postal order. I always keep bookings for 3 working days to allow for posting of payment.

Hi i was just wondering if you would accept a group of 5 people there is 3 girls and 2 boys our ages are : 3 girls are 17, one lad is 19 and another lad is 21. we are a sensible group of people who are looking for a caravan for about 3-5 nights and was wondering if we could hire one of your 6 or 8 berth caravans, if you could get back to me soon as that would be great we look forward to hearing from you thanks.

Your deposit is returned within one week as long as you leave the caravan as you found it and your deposit has been returned to you. Thanks for leaving the caravan clean tidy. Hope you engoyed your holiday and will come back next year

The site does not open until March. If the dates are unavailable or already booked it will not show a price when you point the mouse at it. The date will remain a grey colour when not available
